What is shotcrete and why is it better than gunite? expand_more
Both are sprayed concrete, but shotcrete uses a pre-mixed wet blend that produces a denser, stronger, more watertight shell with fewer voids. Most Tampa Bay pool builders use gunite (dry mix). We use shotcrete exclusively because it performs better in Florida soil conditions and resists cracking from ground movement.
Do you handle pool permits in Pasco County? expand_more
Yes. We submit Pasco County pool permits within one week of contract signing. Our 21-step process includes 4 mandatory county inspections: structural, plumbing/electrical, deck footers, and final. We coordinate everything with the building department so you never have to.
